Here are the reasons why it is possible that 2009 might be the best year ever:
- January trip to Breckenridge… learned to ski
- Trip to Europe (Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany)… fell in love with traveling
- 5th Annual camping on Cumberland Island, with awesome friends
- Purchased and “learning” to mountain bike… starting to overcome old fears
- Being in the Gasparilla parade with mom… Seeing things from a different perspective
- Sunday night family dinners at Mt. Royal and Thursday night Greys Anatomy quiet time
- Purchasing new camera, re-learning photography skills
- Grandparents 60th wedding anniversary in Chicago
- Sarah and Toby getting engaged
- Being able to visit Chicago multiple times in a year
- Two metro cooking shows, one in ATL and one in DC
- Three trips to Savannah/Tybee– tequilaritas on the beach!
- Spending two+ weeks in Tampa this year
- The infamous East Coast Farewell tour
- GETTING A NEW JOB…
- IN COLORADO!
- Seeing the Rocky Mountains every day outside my door
- Fabulous Halloween costumes and halloween night, goodbye yellow brick road
- Learning to ski… For real this time.
- Friends driving through the mountains and being able to ski/vacation with me
- A nice, long Christmas in Chicago with the whole family… finally!
- Being able to say “My life is better than your vacation!” (sorry… kinda.)
